After our intro call, I'll send you a quote for the cost and timeline for your project. I'll base it on what we've discussed and my past experience. No pressure whatsoever, you can decide if you want to keep the conversation going.

We’ll schedule a discovery call to dive deep into the nitty-gritty details of your project. During this call, we'll hash out all the specifics – from functionalities and scope to structure, assets, legal needs, and the key performance indicators that'll ensure your project's success.

MATERIAL GATHERING
I’ll send you a “To Do” List of materials needed to make your website a success (stuff like images, written content, etc…).
Not sure what to write? No problem! We have an excellent copywriter.
Don’t have enough professional looking photos? You’re in luck! Squarespace provides access to a huge selection of FREE stock photos.

website design & development
Throughout this phase, you'll receive frequent updates and opportunities to assess our progress along the way. Anticipate a minimum of weekly updates, but in most instances, we'll be in constant communication, often touching base several times each week.

quality check & basic seo
After you've given the green light to all the deliverables, we'll subject your project to our rigorous testing and quality assurance protocols. This comprehensive process typically spans up to 2 days and encompasses multiple tests, all geared towards ensuring your website aligns with our high standards. We make sure your website is mobile responsive (looks great on all standard devices) and add some basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tools to make sure your website pops up in the right search engines.

launch!
Once your website is prepared and the final payment is settled, we'll go ahead and launch it on your domain. Following its publication, we'll conduct a second round of quality assurance tests. You'll then have a 2 week window to request any revisions or make changes as needed.
